We had been in the market in the entire South Bay Area and Monterey off and on for years, but aggressively for over a year. She had better knowledge of some areas than her more experienced counterparts, and even better, was customer focused and was a calming force in the fast moving game of Real Estate. She had us crossing all of our T's and dotting our I's with our loan agents and services we needed. For a first time homebuyer, she sealed the deal on our second offer with her, which is a beauty of a house. Both offers on houses by the way were for stunning houses in our price range. She was available for questions all the time, and gave sound advice on many houses (trust me I triple checked everything). Brittany is kind, grounding, professional, listens and focuses with old school sensibility over slick rick sales tactic. A good agent working for You.
