We contacted Alicen about one of her listings that she had in Jackson, MS. I have bought and sold many homes / land in my life, dealing with multiple Realtors, Brokers, and Owners. I knew right away that Alicen was extremely knowledgeable, experienced, personable, and professional. The home we purchased was in need of updating and maintenance. Alison arranged for many contractors / inspectors during the inspection stage to help get us an idea on what shape the home was in and a good idea on the budget needed to get the house updated to get it back to the standard that we like. After the home has closed, we still contact Alicen with questions and recommendations on contractors in the area. She gets back to us right away and follows through to make sure we get what we need.
