When I was offered a job in Nashville, I knew that finding a house was the next step. Since I was still living in Minneapolis, I needed a realtor with experience working for a remote client. Starting from day one, Jessica was an outstanding realtor! When my wife and I decided to build our home, there were two other people looking at the same property as us. When I saw our offer e-mail that she sent over at 2AM (we decided on the property at around 9PM), I knew she would be great. She stepped us through the entire process and easily answered any questions we had. Even when the inspector told us we wouldn't be closing on our house 2 days before our closing date and it would be another 2 weeks(dirty footprint), she responded with "let me call you right back". 30 minutes later, we were back on schedule to close in two days. In that amount of time she made 7 different phone calls to get the mess straightened out.
