We asked our local agent for a contact in Iowa City / Coralville area. She did some research and provided us with two agents. Kristen responded quickly and answered our questions and was able to meet us right away. She came prepared with information. She gave us insight into selling property in Iowa and was extremely knowledgeable. Kristen made everything clear and gave us time to ask questions. Our decision was easy to make to contract with her.
Kristen made up for many short comings from the buyers agent. She went out of her way to move documents around town when the buyers agent was quite lax. Many times Kristen had to make multiple attempts to accomplish what should have been the other agents responsibilities.
It many seem over the top to give all top ratings for an agent but Kristen fully earned these marks. I would buy another property just to have Kristen sell it for us. Just kidding but seriously she worked hard to take care of us and our situation.
Having to find an agent from an out of town option is always risky. We were lucky to have met Kristen. She made the quintessential professional with all she did for us.
