My wife and I worked with Tricia to sell our home this summer in the middle of a strange and unpredictable real estate market and we could not have done it without her. Tricia is an outstanding realtor! She sold our home in ONE DAY and handled the purchase of our new construction home, from contract negotiations to helping us with our selections. She initially met with us and offered excellent suggestions as far as things we could repair or upgrade to increase our market value, and she was spot on. She later checked on staging and sent in an excellent photographer for our listing, who also provided an excellent drone video of our home and neighborhood.
