Never took a picture of sold.. gave ever excuse on why she couldn't make it.. couldn't show the house due to no super key wasn't at closings never seen her since but she got her commission.. along the way I seen others she sold too the same week on her Facebook with pictures but could never make it to me that's sad. She did answer calls but not a good negotiator with that being said the first house I was supposed to close on was a 90 day flip she knew nothing about. Which cost me inspection and Earnest fee. The beginning started off ok, to a not appreciated ending maybe the money she made really wasn't enough for her idk..
