My home-buying experience with Patrick was extraordinary in that he provided service that is above and beyond anyone else I have worked with. He patiently showed me and my children many townhomes last year before we decided to take a break and re-evaluate our needs. Patrick never made us feel as though we had wasted his time, and assured us that when we felt the time was right, he would be available.
Fast-forward a year, and we resumed our home search. This time, with a different set of criteria, wishes, budget and needs. Patrick was fantastically responsive and an intuitive listener. armed with our wish list, he was in tune to what we were searching for and hit the ground running.
Never did we feel pressured. Patrick would allow us to take in each property without his influence. Yet, he offered his expertise and keen eye when we asked his opinion of each property.
He worked around our work, school and life schedules. Patrick accommodated our evening and weekend showing requests. We looked at approximately 40 properties before making an offer on what ended up being my birthday. I was heading out of the country two days later. Patrick relayed our time table to the seller's agent, and the night before I left, my offer was accepted.
All the while, I was also in escrow as a seller, on a property out of state. Patrick helped calm my nerves when I voiced my frustrations with the out of state transaction that was beyond our control. I realized not everyone has the strong work ethic that Patrick does.
While travelling abroad, I ran into issues with a nine-hour time difference, unreliable wi-fi, and limited cell service, yet Patrick promptly sent all Docu-signs and seamlessly coordinated inspections in my absence. He took my late-night calls, and answered early-morning texts/emails. I knew the transaction was being handled appropriately. Throughout the entire process, he assured me that all was well. He was right.
His expertise and patience are unparalleled. I witnessed his professional interactions with contractors and other key players. He is a fantastic example of what a true professional is. Working with Patrick was an extremely pleasant experience. He was not only professional, but a genuinely kind person as well. Due to our property being quite a distance from our primary residence, Patrick took it upon himself to handle many items, that we, the sellers should have been responsible for. He arranged for, and oversaw some minor repairs, arranged for key entry to the security gate with the property manager, and even took it upon himself to purchase some small hooks to properly lower a curtain, he had seen me struggling with, the day we interviewed him. He took some cleaning supplies and a small tool box with him prior to his open house just to wipe the windows down a bit, and tighten a few loose door knobs, etc. The property sold within 5 days, with multiple offers.
