Had a couple of issues with Renee at first, she was not up to date with the current market value at the time I called her to list my house and so she refused to list it for what I wanted in the beginning. So I settled for a lesser price that she still didn't agree with but went ahead and listed it for that price and was surprised when we received the amount of interest in that we did. My other issue was when I wanted to list my home contingent and she didn't want to do that either and told me that if my house sells and I have no where to go to "couch hop" with my two kids. Other than that Renee was always willing to answer questions and be there when needed.

We recently sold our mother's home with the help of Real Estate Agent Renee Rivera. We found out that the house title had "Tenants in common" instead of joint tenants. We had to go to probate court to get mom's name removed. Renee assured us that all would be fine. She found someone who wanted to buy the house. She let them know our problem and the buyers were willing to wait for us to go through probate court. Renee handled all the paperwork for the sale of the house. She always informed us of all that was going on with the sale of the house. She assured us that all would be completed as soon as we got done with the court.
