Sabrina Carr was well prepared with comparative condo data research as well as suggested sales price ranges for me to consider, even upon our first meeting late on a Friday afternoon.

Within days, Sabrina and her colleague, Judy, did a most excellent job staging my condo and having professional photos taken. The condo listing went live on MLS within one week of my having signed with Sabrina! I did not use a yard sign, and we had only one open house; nevertheless, within a week I received twelve offerssix all casheach well above asking price!
