Selling with Karlie was great. We sold three vacant land lots in a residential area. The parcels had some unique difficulties for selling, but Karlie and her team were able to work with us on them patiently and make the process go smoothly. Her knowledge of the area and business, including an understanding of legal and technical aspects, helped us close on each property with higher profits than expected. She also responds quickly and was pleasant to communicate with. I would definitely recommend going with Karlie!

Karlie Montgomery was truly an exceptional real estate agent! I was impressed by her level of knowledge about the current market, pricing strategies and the laws/requirements of buying/selling a home. I have been looking for a house I could purchase for my elderly mother for a long time. I came to Karlie with what I was looking for, knowing that it would be a miracle to find a house, in this market, hoping she would help and not just tell me there was not a chance. Karlie listened and really understood the situation I was in. Not only did she say she would help, but she came up with other ideas and found us a house! We knew that there were multiple offers on this house and for my offer to get accepted would be a long shot. But again, Karlie came up with multiple brilliant ideas and my offer was the one that was accepted!
Karlies work ethic and responsiveness was incredible. Whenever I sent an email or a text message I would immediately get a response right back. If I ever called and she did not answer, I would get a return call within 5 minutes. I purchased a home for my elderly mother and the home inspection came back with quite a few issues I was concerned about. My concern was that I wanted the issues fixed by the seller, but I didnt want to request too much, and the deal fall through since they had so many other offers. But I shouldnt have been worried, Karlie handled everything without breaking a sweat. She negotiated to have the seller fix all the issues and then some!
Karlie is also well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. When there was a disagreement about the pest inspection report and the requirements, Karlie knew the CA laws/requirements and caught a huge error in the provided report. Karlie was patient and worked through some tough situations. Karlie handled every step of the home buying process and made sure I had all the necessary information to make informed decisions. Her cool, calm mindset kept my stress level low and gave me the confidence she would get the job done and she did!
Karlies promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, good energy made a potentially chaotic purchase process simple. Karlie made me feel like my needs for this home purchase were her priority. I would trust Karlie with my eyes closed and her attention to detail and level of time/dedication to her clients is outstanding.from lending, to sourcing reputable inspection companies, to closing (quickly!). I highly recommend Karlie to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. When I am looking to buy or sell again, I will not hesitate to call Karlie Montgomery.
