Her enthusiastic and fun personality coupled with a genuine desire to match you with your goals is the perfect combination that makes her an ideal agent. Of course, she is honest and ethical. n nJess recently helped us purchase the dream home It did not have an ideal chef's kitchen and gorgeous bathrooms, thus Jess's expertise in the negotiation process was extremely helpful and made us comfortable, resulting in an agreement rather quickly. However, in the last 48 hours before the closing, there were unexpected and significant surprise snafus with the mortgage process, as well as newly discovered conflicts with some of the softer aspects of the sale. Jess tirelessly worked and did her best to help us manage through the negative surprises, even though she was under no obligation. She did her best because she cared, did not want to disappoint, and truly wanted to do the best thing for us. n nI would give Jess an A++ and award for best real estate agent not only in Southern Vermont, but anywhere (and we are tough!).
