We felt comfortable with her handling of everything and the fact that she helped find us a contractor to do repairs and followed up on all of that to see that it was done. We had to do little- once we had cleaned the house and prepared it for showing, Julie took over. She even mowed it for us while we were waiting for the closing. I had talked to and considered two other realtors before contacting Julie Campbell.
