I went through 2 realtors until I was fortunate to find Meleah. She is organized and knowledgeable and listens carefully to what you want and don't want so it saves times when you are searching for property. Meleah was instrumental in helping the buying process easier and stress free. I do not like reading contracts and doing all the "legal" things involved in purchasing property and she simplified it for me and took it off my hands ... which brings me to my other point, trusting her because she is so professional and experienced. She was also able to get my inspections and everything else need in a timely fashion and kept me informed every step of the way. Always responded quickly to any questions and always offered answers and solutions! Meleah helped me to sell my Lakeway home and buy another across town in the Austin suburbs. She helped me to decide what renovations were needed to make my house competitive in the Lakeway market and introduced me to her amazing curated list of home inspectors, renovation contractors, power washers and movers. Each of those vendors was a locally owned business, capable, efficient and reasonably priced.
