Isabel was good at understanding what our housing preferences were. She was good about researching house availability and sending us her choices so we could make our choices of what to review. She was always available and responded quickly to any questions we had. I think we both felt that Isabel had our best interest in mind regardless of what choices we made. She was persistence to help locate the kind of housing we wanted.
