Josh is everything you want in a Realtor when making an important real estate decision - he has incredible market knowledge, asks questions making sure your needs are being put first, and keeping you focused on making a great decision. We felt Josh took a concierge service approach to handle one of our family's most important assets, selling our home in Menlo Park. He helped us identify and make all the improvements needed to net as much money as possible from a sale and had tons of local connections to local professionals we needed desperately to meet some tight deadlines. Josh was always on top of things, and while we know we aren't his only client, we felt we were given tons of attention and care throughout. Josh helped us buy our first home in the Bay Area this fall and we are extremely glad that he did - he did a stellar job and we cannot say enough good things about him. n nFrom the start, we felt we were his top priority while he never came across as being too pushy, a balance we felt was important and one he consistently managed to strike well. We also always felt comfortable that he was entirely dedicated to helping us find the right home rather than trying to convince us to buy a home we did not want. We also felt he was much on top of his game, with great connections around the area as well as a lot of knowledge and expertise about the local market and current trends. n nThroughout the process, Josh was incredibly responsive in his communications, and he was also flexible and always willing to accommodate our busy and unpredictable schedules. We were also impressed with his hard work and diligence in helping us find homes to look at, doing the necessary background research, coordinating with various third parties (sellers' agents, contractors etc.) and his ability to generally just guide us through the process. When the time came to put in an offer, Josh was incredibly patient as we mulled over the different options and it was great to have him help us guide us.
