COVELLE & COHEN agent Steven Kenny was the fourth agent whom I interviewed to help me sell my property. The previous 3 agents spent no more than 15 minutes communicating with me and seemed disinterested in the opportunity to sell my place. Mr. Kenny was knowledable and motivated. He visited my property and spent over an hour listening to my concerns and brainstorming ideas to help increase the possible sale price of my property. He and I agreed to a subsequent appointment, which Erica Covelle would also attend. That appointment turned out to be a nearly 3 hour presentation, with Ms. Covelle demonstrating extraordinary interior design skills and a vision to maximize my return. Near the end of the meeting the Covelle-Cohen team called in their handyman/contractor, who estimated the cost of the improvements recommended. Mike and Eric sold my parent's house. It was a multi-family. I felt they were on top of the game from the beginning. They had an excellent marketing strategy. The photos and prep was easy.
