Lacking professionalism in all ways possible. First, directly and begged with a seller (me) directly to accept her daughter's offer on my home. Allowed her entire family to snoop around my apartment during a courtesy viewing while we stood outside in the cold for 45 minutes after they showed up 15 minutes late. Buyer backed out after removal of contingencies were due with no professional courtesy to call my agent and speak with him prior to filing a cancellation. Would not recommend her to my friends, much less my worst enemies - would give her 0/0 stars if I could.
