Tracey Has a matter of fact approach I found refreshing. If we viewed a home and she didn't think it was a good fit she would be up front and honest, while pointing out things I tended to overlook. She is not all about making the sale and truly is in it for the clients best interest. We did find the perfect home. We got it under asking. She also got our closing costs paid for by the seller. Professional and honest, strong negotiator but pleasant manner about her. She is there from the first showing to close and even 2 weeks later when I had a question about my home warranty. She is knowledgeable in the whole process and familiar with the Cheatham County area in general. I would call her again if I decided to sell.
