Dave did a great job of being patient with me. At the start of the process I thought I wanted a townhome but while looking decided a small home would be a better fit. Dave was patient with me while I figured out what I wanted. When I did, we were totally on the same page of what I wanted. He truly welcomed all questions I had. I thought I was nagging him but every time I had another question, at the end of the answer he would sometimes put "keep the questions coming".
