What an absolute garbage realty team. Complete lack of communication. Complete lack of transparency and showing up when needed. Call me them during business hours is impossible to get a hold of anyone. These people will sell you a disgustingly dirty house for 310k and think its cool. Jose & Team are the absolute best I've ever worked with! I have now sold 4 houses and 1 apartment building, and not one of those sales went so seamlessly. I loved my home, but knew it was time for me to downsize into a condo. Cindy was so patient and understanding with me when I called her and shared my feelings about being scared and nervous. I feel that we were treated by unethical means. My house wasn't even on the market yet when we were approached by our realtor regarding a girl employed by Jose Medina, wanting to look at it. She did so and made us an offer. We accepted this offer, but after doing a home inspection, she decided there was too much work to be done on the house. We were selling "as is". Our realtor suggested we just sell it to the realty company outright. Since I was anxious to move and buy another house, we decided to go with that, which was $18,000 less than our original offer from the employee of the company. Next we were told we had to have a termite inspection, which no live termites were found, a chlorine treatment to our well, and have the septic pumped because I had no receipt for when it was done last. Where did the "as is" come into play? So another $1500 later, I asked for receipts for this work I had done since I paid for it and all I got was a receipt for the termite inspection, not the $900 treatment. Been waiting for these since June. Well, guess who ended up with my house? You guessed it, the employee from Jose Medina who made the offer to begin with, at I'm sure a much reduced rate then what she originally offered me. Not to mention, that while I was still occupying my house, two different contractors came to measure the roof for a new one and two electricians who were installing A/C for the new buyer! I never received even a phone call asking if this was agreeable to me, since technically it was still my house as I hadn't been paid for it yet. Although I realize this isn't illegal, obviously they pulled one over on me, getting me to sell to them so they could give they're employee preferential treatment and obviously getting my house at a much better price. Would never deal with this realty company again nor would I ever recommend them to anyone. I know this was all the doing of our personal agent, but he is a reflection of the Jose Medina group.

I waited to write this review because we used Legacy Group to both sell and buy our home. It started in early June 2019, we contacted Jose's group and we were paired with Jason Hall to sell our home in Barberton. He gave us fantastic advice on prepping our home for sale. On July 1st, 2019 their wonderful listing team arrived at our home, they were an absolute delight as they took beautiful photos of our home for the listing. Our home was on the market for 6, yes SIX, hours and there was an offer, and then another offer. We were shocked. Then when the home we had planned to purchase ended up being a disaster we called Jason again and Jason referred us to Jill Jackson. Jill was in the trenches with us, we saw a lot of homes, including one that was clearly not the home advertised, and she was there to laugh it off with me. I absolutely adore her.
