My husband and I worked with Josh on finding us a home. The market was slow, we put in several offers and finally found a home. Any questions we had, Josh always answered. If we ever decide to sell our house in the future, we will definitely contact Josh to help us sell and to help us find another new house. I would need many more characters in this review to explain how awesome Josh was throughout the entire home purchase and home selling process. From the work he did prior to the sale of our home, great communication during the search for our new home, timely on-going communication during the process of both and then most importantly through the inspection and closing process of both. He pretty much became part of our extended family as a result of our buying and selling process. Well never use another realtor and neither should you.
