Dana is the best realtor in the Sacramento area. Over the past 15 years, I've purchased three homes and sold two homes using Dana as my realtor. I sold my first home in Sacramento during the recession, and I think I would have just abandoned the whole effort if it weren't for Dana. She not only got us a great price for our home through patience and expert negotiation, but she successfully talked me off the cliff about 10 times during the process of low-ball offers and excessive requests by potential buyers. When we found our next house in the Promontory of El Dorado Hills, we ran into what seemed like insurmountable issues regarding a half-built pool in the backyard (nobody would finance us because of the liability). Again, Dana went above and beyond to help us work out the financing (not even her job as a realtor). Dana even helped me out when I needed to purchase a small inexpensive home for a family member in Auburn, California. We had a tight budget and really needed a big bang for the buck. When we found a house we really liked, she did her research and ultimately advised us not to buy it because of the questionable piping that could have ended up costing us a ton of money to repair. In the end, we found a great house (with great pipes) that was well within our budget. My husband and I now live in Serrano - yes, Dana was our realtor when we purchased last year. For those of you looking here, let me tell you Dana knows all the HOAs, rules, and restrictions. It can be extremely overwhelming (especially if you plan to change the backyard as we did). Bottom line, we just could not have done it without her. Buying, selling, or both - use Dana. She is a real estate rockstar!

I am sorry that Mr. Croxton feels this way, I wish the Croxtons well and many happy memories in their new home. By all accounts the Croxton Family should be happy as they purchased this home at the price they wanted and received all the concessions that they requested. Mr. Croxtons accusations are false, not only was his family treated fairly but they were treated well with ample documentation to support. I assume their frustration is based on the two occasions when I reminded them of their contractual obligations as they were not abiding by the contract and infringing on the rights of the sellers. The sellers in this transaction have submitted a contrasting view. Since moving into this home, the Croxtons have expressed they are happy and stated that the houses look great.

Horrible! This Kathy and Dana team are the most unprofessional people we have ever met! They clearly care about nothing but receiving their commission check. They are both so disrespectful and plain rude. Sellers beware! With this unethical style of selling, they will surely scare off any potential buyers! A one star rating is one more star then they deserve.
