Irma Rivera strikes again. This time we didn't find gold out in the Wild West, for me it glittered a bit more strangely in the sun, I had to tilt it here and there to identify to great Diamond in the rough. I asked Mrs. Riviera for a ranch with Horse and Bunnies, and I got just that. I have a view of the San Gabriel Mountains, Snow capped and majestic in the Winter, and just as cute with a glass of lemonade. The market is a complicated place, we looked at a couple homes, but it is her uncanny listening skills that got me saddled up and sunset, and cock a doodling in the morning. I live on a farm, always a dream of mine, and the tenacity and accommodating nature of this agent, made it a reality.
Irma was possibly the nicest, most patient and helpful agent I could ever ask for. Every time I needed help assistance she was always there for me--always answered her phone in case I had any questions, was attentive and real easy to work with.
Irma exceeded our expectations. She is diligent, honest, hard working, and professional. She was available at all times and always kept us in the loop. She was a blessing through the entire process. Buying a home with her was stress free, she always went above and beyond. After the purchase of our home she continued to help us, she didn't drop us after the sale. Our dishwasher went out months later and she helped us contact the warranty company and even came to our house to let the plumber in since we were working. I never thought our Realtor would become one of our best friends, but she did.
