He texted me back within minutes when I had questions, no matter what time of day it was and always got us in to walk through houses within 12 hours of me asking about specific addresses. He also scheduled our showings around both my and my husband's work schedules. Kristian coordinated all the necessary repairs to prepare my home for listing and then did the same with the repairs necessary following the various inspections.
