I truly cannot speak highly enough of our experience working with Tom. From the beginning as we started our house search, Tom truly listened and understood the specific criteria of the house we were looking for and sent us only properties (both on and off market) which would be appealing. When he'd send us a listing, he'd also include his thoughts, feedback, and commentary on what to consider which was extremely helpful in deciding what to go see in person. When we found the property we ended up buying, Tom alerted us to the off-market listing as soon as he became aware of it and invited us to tour it with him at the broker's open, getting us in early. As we fell in love with the house, reviewed the disclosures, and decided whether to make an offer, Tom read and flagged anything relevant in the disclosures and also pulled all the local comps in the area into an easily digestible presentation to help us to land on an offer price we felt confident in. As first time buyers, we felt like we were in incredibly good hands and had someone who could make a somewhat overwhelming process feel clear and digestible. As competition on the house heated up and we decided we wanted to make an offer, Tom became a deal strategist mastermind and advised us to move quickly to preempt other offers with a strong bid with exploding deadline before other interested parties could likely get their offers together. The sellers ended up accepting our offer given the time pressure, even though they were expecting others to come in. Without Tom's guidance on how best to navigate the negotiation process, I don't think we would have won this house, and certainly not at the price we did. During the escrow process, Tom continued to answer any and every question, help us quote renovation work, and introduce us to contractors in his network. Throughout the end to end process of buying a house with Tom, he was responsive, patient, clear, and kind. If you're considering working with Tom, don't think twice. You won't regret it!

Ive now worked with Tom Davis 5 times buying and selling my properties. He is the definition of excellence! He goes above and beyond his job description in my opinion. He is extremely knowledgeable in the industry and was able to walk me through each step. His negation skills are excellent as well. I highly recommend him as an agent! He is the only one Ill use.
