Jodi Ross is an exceptional real estate agent and helped us locate and purchase a beautiful home in Encinitas, CA. Jodi helped navigate our home search by listening and helping us narrow down our requirements. Once we found our target home she moved fast and put together an offer and accompanying letter for the sellers in a matter of hours on a Sunday evening, no less. The terms were fair to both parties and we ended up getting into contract within 24 hours.

During the 30 day escrow period, Jodi was constantly following up with the sellers, escrow company, and lending officer to ensure that all details were taken care of - nothing slipped through the cracks.
