She found a renter in the meantime and that helped with my expenses as I had moved out of state. In the end, a buyer came along, but held things up for months and caused some distress to my renter. There was back and forth negotiations and until the final week I wasn't sure there was going to be a "Closing", but thankfully it took place and I am pleased that it is over. Danielle was wonderful!

Once Danielle knows what you want, she will do what she can to get it for you. As a selling agent, she thoroughly checked out our prospective buyers before we answered any offers.
