Taylor , a seller from Randolph, MA
To whom it may concern,

I am writing In regard to one of your agents.

First, I would like to say, I moved to Maryland with my fiance almost 5 months ago. We have been in the market for a place to lease and then a home to buy In the near future.

We believed choosing remaxx as the avenue to find a home would be safe, trustworthy and a relatively seamless process. Unfortunately that is not the case.

We found a specific listing from an agent, Lisa Soto. We were intrigued, excited and eager to speak with Ms. Soto regarding the possibility of leasing this particular place.

As any able bodied and coherent human being would do, I initially reached out to Ms. Lisa Soto via phone call. I was met by voicemail, which working in sales/client services, I understood. I left a voicemail introducing myself and leaving my information for Ms. Soto to call me back am to discuss possibly looking at one of her listings.

Four days passed by and I thought it way strange that I never received a call back. I decided to call back and my call was sent straight to voicemail. I then proceeded to call the main remaaxx office in Annapolis and I ended up speaking to a woman named Barabara who claimed to be Ms. Sotos supervisor. Fast forward Barbara RAVED about what a wonderful agent Lisa was, but I was confused because Lisa never returned my call after almost two weeks of trying to contact her.

Now I understand, people get busy and they have lives. But this is no way to execute customer service. No communication what so ever. A truly terrible experience. I would never work with remaxx in the future because of this experience. Maybe Lisa didn't think the listing my fiance and I were interested In was worth her time , or maybe shes just truly bad at managing her client books and is in over her head. Either way, I know ignoring a potential client is never the appropriate thing to do. Pleas remaxx, re-evaluate the agents you have employed.
