Nicole did an amazing job helping us get into the extremely competitive housing market in Elk Grove. Being that we are military and from out of the area we had to rely on her to help us from across the country. We actually didn't meet her in person until the day she showed us houses. She had a great lineup arranged for us upon arriving in Elk Grove. However, several went pending while we were looking at them and we had to leave town without making an offer on house. A day or two later she found one that she thought would fit us well and took pictures and advised us to make an offer quickly. We were both extremely apprehensive about making an offer on a house we didn't see in person. But we trusted her and made the offer. I can say without a doubt she was absolutely right. It was exactly what we were looking for. She is also an excellent negotiator. We had several issues with the sellers while in escrow and she made sure we stayed on track and protected us from a couple of potential bad deals. She is an excellent communicator, understands what your intentions are and fights to get you what you want. Every time we called, she answered. She was such a good realtor we've referred our friends and family from out of town to her for advice on their own home buying/selling situations.
