As first time homeowners, there was a lot we didn't know about the home buying process. As in everything.

For 4 months she took us step by step through the process, willing to show us houses on a minute's notice no matter the time or day. Literally, we texted her about a house we wanted to see at 7:45 pm and we were in the house by 8:15 that night.
She is amazing at her job, and obviously that's important, but she truly cares about you as a person. She would come with snacks for our kids and they got so comfortable with her they would ask to see her and run to be held.
We've only used a realtor once, so we don't have a huge baseline for comparison, but from everything we've heard from friends and relatives, this was above and beyond what anyone had gone through.

Maria helped me purchase my first home! Being a young adult recently out of college I had no clue what to expect since I was not familiar with the process. For over a year Maria was by my side answering my phone calls and texts at anytime of day. There were a couple homes we lost out on yet she was always there motivating me that the right one would come. Maria is fluent in Spanish which is one of my family's native tongue so it was wonderful to have her around to speak to my parents when they came to showings with me etc. Maria was not only my realtor she is now a family friend.
