My experience with Mark Maraglia as the real estate agent whom I chose to handle the sale of my house was excellent. I found that he was knowledgeable about the community my home was in and proficient and expedient in being able to advertise the sale and showing of my house. All manners of communications with him, whether by face to face, e-mails, phone calls and/or text messages were excellent and regular, so I was always aware of how things were going with regard to the sale and offers made after the showing. Once we had agreed upon a given offer, he was able to proceed with all aspects of the sale and provided me with recommendations of contacts and other activities that enable me to proceed with the legal aspects of the sale with a minimum of difficulty.
