Michelle was always available to answer questions at moments notice. She was extremely knowledgeable and willing to troubleshoot options and review various scenarios. If she didn't have the answer immediately, she would find it-within hours. She was willing to help in anyway possible and provided access to resources we were otherwise unable to obtain. We have an extremely busy household (6 kids, 3 dogs) and Michelle was respectful and understanding of our needs-even when it conflicted with her schedule. She was accommodating, informative and helpful; moreover, she was genuine and sincere adding pleasure to one life's mot stressful experiences. We are beyond grateful!

Once she received the contract for herself and her company, she immediately performed a complete home inspection and setup for increased sale showing and sale. It worked! With the beautiful home setup, supplying some of her own personal items, and the photography review she had supervised the New Home buyers were swarming to see our home the 1st day of the showing!
That's all it took. Michelle had our home sold and for Thousands more then we ever hoped for. She told us what it was worth and she was right.

She gave me a list of chores to do at each building so they would show well at the open house. She was correct. After only 1 open house there were over 10 offers on each building.
