Brian Thomas worked with us for nearly a year and a half prior to the successful purchase of our new home. We first contacted Caldwell Banker about a listing we saw online, and were (randomly?) assigned to Brian. He wasn't the listing agent for the home we initially wanted to see, but it was a fortuitous match! Brian was patient with us during our long search for a centrally-located home -- a journey that included two earlier offers. Brian contacted us regularly about homes that he felt might be interesting to us based on his knowledge of our style. We felt attended-to even during the less-active times during our search.
Brian went above and beyond when it came to communication. He was honest with us about his valuation of the different properties we saw, and, as an aside, he recommended the best home inspector we have ever worked with. Brian coordinated all of the minutia needed to complete our sale, and more. Although we felt we demanded more of him than we should have, he NEVER made us feel that we were overstepping (asking for recommendations, advice, etc).
In sum, we have never worked with a more able, professional, accessible real estate professional. Brian Thomas is the best, hands down. We will ALWAYS choose Brian as our realtor as long as he is willing and able to work with us!
