The agency Cody Horn was on the listing end of a transaction. We were out of state buyers. The agent listed a home warranty (remainder of a 13 month) that was never conveyed. Also the agent provided seller disclosures (the agent was a friend of the seller) that were falsified. they listed a current and in place septic service contract. The truth was the seller let it lapse in 2016 about a year after the house was built. I contacted the owner/broker John Altic who assured me he would follow up within 2 days. Nothing ever heard from again. Emailed Cody about the same and again nothing. Worst transaction I have ever been party of. Also some of the worst communication from an agency
