Details: - She didnt share any feedback from potential buyers - She didnt show up at open houses. Instead, she sent her associates who had zero information about our property and provided visitors with inaccurate information. - Our listing go-live date was delayed by 2 weeks without any particular reason. - She forgot to schedule cleaning (3 times in a row!) even though deep cleaning was included. Eventually we organized cleaning by ourselves in order to speed up the process - Her associates were constantly 10-15 minutes late to open houses and potential buyers were often waiting outside - She put WRONG price on MLS (Even though we signed the agreement with the correct price) and after we pointed it out, her comment was its ok, lets keep it like this! - She was not responsive. It was hard to contact her OR get any updates. She never admitted anything and her attitude was a HUGE red flag since day 1.
Eventually we stopped working with Kim Deol and moved forward with another agent who sold our property within 1 week. If you plan to buy/sell your house - avoid Kim Deol and find someone more professional.

It was a pleasure working with Kim as first time home buyers. We had little know-how about almost everything. We worked with a different realtor to upgrade to a bigger home for more than seven months, but no luck. We were frustrated, then one day I heard Kim on the Radio and called her. Our situation was unique. Our down payment was coming from our previous home. Kim structured it in a way that we were able to get into a contract in the tough market before selling. We were able to sell and buy parallel without any stress. We were pleased with Kim and highly recommend her as your agent. She was professional and worked hard to sell our home for the highest price and negotiated the best deal. She was encouraging when we got frustrated when our home didn't sell right away, but she said it will sell. It might take 4 or 5 weeks instead of 1 or 2 and it did. A couple times it took several days to answer our text messages and when I called her cell it went to a recording saying her mailbox was full, so I couldn't leave a message. But most of the time she responded quickly. She was great to work with and knowledgeable. Couldn't ask for more.
