My husband and I were excited to start our journey of purchasing a home this year. I reached out to Loren because I liked her enthusiasm and her energy that I viewed from her social media page. I contacted her and had a wonderful conversation as a start. We started the pre-qualification process with her lender and were approved. After exciting news my husband an I were eager to start looking for what would be our new home. However, Loren did not reach out to me regarding listings of homes or to set a time/date to view them. Unfortunately, I initiated all contacts at all times and would wait hours/days for responses. After finally being able to reach her to view potential homes, the day came and was never confirmed a time or place.
What I once believed that the journey of becoming first time homeowners was going to be full of excitement it all collapsed when Loren showed us how people in this industry can be unprofessional and show no efforts of communication.
