Zack has been my real estate agent for the past five years, and during this time, he has been an incredible help in both of my house purchases. Not only does he possess a high level of professionalism, but he is also patient and takes the time to explain every step of the complex buying process, making it a much easier experience for his clients.
He is more concerned with ensuring his customers are satisfied with their purchase, rather than just making a commission. He has become a trusted advisor and sounding board, always available to answer any questions and provide support throughout the entire process.
Buying a house is a big and emotional experience, and having Zack as my realtor has made it much easier, as I always felt like I had an extra layer of support. He is not only an exceptional real estate agent but a great human being as well.

Zack was so great to do business with!! We were working in a pretty tight window, hoping to close relatively fast to coincide with the purchase of our other home. Zack was efficient, great at assessing the market value of our home and pricing it to sell, but also pricing it so we didn't feel like we were giving away the farm. You could tell he had nothing but our best interests in mind at all times and he kept everything running smoothly. He found a great buyer for our home and did an amazing job keeping us up to date on the buyer communications. I would absolutely recommend Zack and would use him again if we are ever in the market for another home.

It was a pleasure to work with Zack Jones as we purchased our first home. I found in Zack what is surely among the most important qualities a realtor can have: genuineness. It was clear from his sincere demeanor, his frankness in communication, and his responsiveness to our needs that he always had our best interests in mind. Zack has managed to cultivate a professional ethic asserting that him earning a buck is only valuable insofar as his clients feel safe, trusting, and confident that he is not here to pull the wool over anyone's eyes. He was happy to explain the ins and outs of the various situations we would encounter as we proceeded with each step of the home-buying process and was insightful in explaining the many ways that the process can break down or change directions. He was furthermore endlessly patient as we hemmed and hawed at times or lapsed in the earnestness of our housing search; I never felt rushed, pressured, or otherwise struck with the sense that I was an obstacle to him closing the deal. Whether buying a home or selling one, I would work with Zack again without hesitation.
