I have known him for 20 years. He had a confederate flag in his home office, he sexually harassed me and when I was in financial need he told me to do porn. He sold our fathers home after he passed and totally screwed us then when I got my portion of the money not only did he get his commission he gave me a bill for every penny spent knowing I had the money. He has done this to me twice before. I loaned him money and he lied about what the money was for. Not only did he move me into a mold infested property in December, he knew well I was already sick from mold at my previous home. The mold inspector he hired is a scam, I got my own mold test as I've been extremely ill and YES we have mold here! extremely pushy. It ruins your resale. He uses his contacts for inspections, they say everything is fine, all the time spending all this money, then you find out you have mold have to spend 20k on remediation or sell the house and take a huge profit cut having to disclose the mold. 2022
