My husband and I recently worked with Lisa to market and sell our home of 35 years. From the minute she walked in our door I knew she was the one who was going to make this potentially stressful process something that we could deal with.
First, Lisa is the ultimate project manager. She described and laid out the process for us from the first day and helped keep us on track to get everything done - from the initial house staging through the closing. As a professional, her knowledge of the local market and real estate processes is outstanding. From a communications perspective, Lisa kept us informed at every step of the way. Despite clearly having a busy schedule, Lisa was easy to get in touch with and was responsive to our needs at every step of the way.
Lastly, and not to be undervalued, Lisa is a caring individual. I was undergoing some medical issues during the process which made everything even more challenging. Lisa frequently checked in with me to see how I was feeling and offer help. On one day when I was feeling particularly overwhelmed, Lisa simply said to me, What can I take off your plate?, and she proceeded to remove obstacles and help us move forward through the process.
The bottom line is that Lisa was absolutely amazing and made the entire process seamless and easy for us. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend her to anyone who is considering buying a new home or selling their existing home. 2022

We started with Lisa in mid-January 2020. She stressed the importance of getting the house on the market early, mid-February. She detailed what steps we need to take to declutter and prepare the house for showing (painting, staging, etc), and brought in the proper people to get it done. From the first (and only) open house we received multiple offers over the next week. Lisa guided us through vetting the various buyers' offers and ultimately we received an offer $11K over the asking price $720K. Note that by then the pandemic had swept into NJ.
