I did a lot of research in advance regarding some areas I wanted to check out, due to the fact that most people are not as thorough or diligent with research as I am. nTo my delight, Wes was able to expand upon to my list, with many properties that I did not consider before and help me see the different aspects of each apartment complex. We spent a day looking at the apartments on my personal list, as well as his suggestions. I ended up choosing an apartment that was not on my original list; one I loved (and still love!) per his suggestion. nWes was able to build upon my own (very thorough) research. His suggestions added only value to my own research, and did not in any way take over my list of personal likes and dislikes due to bias or personal preferences.
