Dustin and Danae are a fabulous team. I met them accidently and I am convinced it was a God thing. They were incredibly knowlegable about neighborhoods in Athens. They were knowlegeable about the houses they showed and could help point out the strengths and weaknesses (things that need to be fixed) of each property. The contacts they have with mortgage company, insurance agent and even construction company were awesome. It made everything super easy. Finally, Danae is a serious negotiator.
