Derek did an outstanding job helping me sell my parents' home. He developed a great strategy for selling the house from day one and provided status updates regularly. Since I needed to sell the property remotely, Derek took it upon himself to help with tasks I would not have considered, from returning my parents' router, to shoveling snow, to helping with furniture sales. I would never have expected a realtor to have gone 'above and beyond' the way he did! Derek was always helpful, professional and kind.
