Jessica was great! Friendly and fun to be around, she worked hard to find us our home; we had specific needs that she addressed. She dealt with any problems during the house hunting and escrow quickly and efficiently. We are happy with our purchase and with the buying process.
I selected Jessica because I met her through networking. About a year ago, I told her I was going through a separation and possible divorce and that I wasn't sure if I was going to buy right away or possibly rent. She called me to tell me about a couple of rentals that she had seen in her neighborhood. Obviously, she wouldn't be compensated if I rented for a year or longer, but she still put my potential needs ahead of hers. In that process, she likely made a lifetime client of me. Once I entered into looking for a house a year later, I didn't hesitate to use her. That was a wise choice and she has been amazing. We had a difficult purchase due to some undisclosed items that came up on the inspection report and Jessica promptly took care of everything I asked in an EXTREMELY timely manner. Jessica was amazing for us! We are from out of town(2 hours away) and she was so helpful and understanding. From dealing with our kids being with us looking at properties to dealing with my parents when we couldnt be there. She gave us many papers with fun family events for us to check out. Lots of times she personally picked out events she thought my family would like. She was willing to work with my crazy schedule and never batted an eye when we came up spur of the moment!
