Dawn was fantastic! We needed to sell our house quickly and were hoping for our asking price. We met with Dawn and she gave us an independent assessment of our house. For example: take down all family or individualized photographs and pictures, paint this, paint that, get these drapes from Target (great prices) and install the drapes here! We followed her ever piece of advise and direction and sold our house within two weeks over our asking price!
