Working with Lacey Cates was the best decision I could of made as a seller. She knew what the market had to offer and how we should execute the sale of my house. Without compensation, she also acted as a property manager while my house was being occupied by renters, a task she did not have to do but she did to ensure the home stayed up scale to be sold.
