I was shopping for my son's first home purchase and he was in the bay area. So Beale had to work with me and I'm sure it required some patience as my son was not in the area and was getting the info second hand. Beale was awesome! He was really easy going and not at all pushy and let me run him from place to place before we were sure this place was the one. Beale was great to work with. When we were ready to submit a bid, Beale immediately submitted it. He gave advice on the market. The bid was accepted. The appraisal came short. Beale gave advice on how to handle to lower appraisal. In the end we paid a little below asking and got the house. Next Beale offered his handyman to help get the house up to move in condition. I bought a house! Wahoo! It had been some forty years since I had done this, the first time was with someone else and they did most of the decision making. This time was all me. I dont think that I could have gotten through it all without Beale Dabbs. He made the entire process so easy and simple.
