Alyssa worked on a challenging sale with us. The old Parsonage was owned by our church. There was much legal work that accompanied the sale and Alyssa kept in close contact with both our lawyer and myself, the chairman of the church Trustees. She was extremely accommodating of the hospital personnel that were living in the house. Her positive attitude was reassuring through the nerve-racking business of our buyers acquiring their mortgage. I would, and have, recommend her to anyone dealing with real estate sales.

If not for Alyssa, we would have walked away from the purchase of our home in Oak Bluffs given the difficulties with the Sellers and their representatives. But Alyssa knew what we wanted and knew this was the home for us - and she was right! We did everything virtually due to Covid travel restrictions and being on the West Coast at the time. Alyssa was incredibly thorough in marketing the property, including the virtual walk through, getting an article in the New York Timess monthly What You Get page of the real estate section (top left with my property as the pictured property readers first find) and another feature in the July issue of Marthas Vineyard Real Estate Guide. She gave excellent advice on holding firm on the asking price and correctly predicted that there would likely be increased action a week or two after the fourth of July. The final result was a sale over the asking price.
