I first met Pam when she came to my home as a prospective agent to list my property for rent or sale because I wasnt sure which avenue I wanted to go. I was immediately impressed with Pams professional demeanor. We clicked right away. By the end of our meeting I felt I could entrust Pam with my sale. She has an instinctive nature about people as I do. She knew the right buyer for my property when they walked through the door. I felt like she and I made a great team from day one. The sale had longer than average delays and challenges since it was an international buyer but Pam was communicative with me during the whole process and was proactive with the buyers agent initiating contact consistently. All agents have strengths and weaknesses just like all people do. One of Pams strengths is negotiating and thats what matters most when desiring the best price for your property.
