I live 3000 miles away and was selling my home with the help of a relative who was still local. Tracey was flexible and accommodating of both my work schedule and being located in a different time zone. Within a week of initial contact, the sign was already up, and Tracey did so many showings in the first two days that I was able to choose from 5 offers, 4 of which were above asking price. Signing documents was easily done electronically, and when issues were found at the inspection, Tracey immediately made contact with a contractor to price out the needed repairs so I could decide between doing the repairs or taking a fair reduction in asking price.
