Needless to say, this year was absolutely insane when it comes to navigating and dealing in the housing market. Aaron was easy to work with! I did not feel pressured to pick a particular house because of his timeline. He was responsive and did his best to answer my multitude of questions. As a general house-buying tip, ask a lot of questions. He and his team are experienced. Once you have found a home, they will take the reigns and it is just paperwork from there, no crazy other things! One area that I wish I would have been a bit more involved with while working with Aaron was the negotiation phase. I was on a tight timeline because of the competition I was up against and my personal schedule, but it seems he ran with what he thought was best for me. This is the first review Ive ever written for a service/person and Im writing it because I feel like I need to. Working with Aaron to buy our first home was an amazing experience. We came across him through an out of state family referral and immediately felt comfortable and incredibly confident with him representing our interests in our first home buying experience. Recently relocated to Minnesota, Aaron not only fought for us every step of the way but was incredibly informative and accommodating. When my wife and I wanted to tour houses at a moments notice, or make an offer at 10pm while Aaron was driving back from a family gathering in the northern part of the state, he was always there a text away making sure what we were interested in doing was set in motion. I never once doubted our representation or questioned the fact that if any issues came up he would fight for us 110%. We felt as if we were his only client, with personal undivided attention no matter what time or day over the entire process.
